Shipping Areas We cover all of Japan (including remote islands) and can deliver to almost all regions. International shipping is available to: South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, and Canada.
Shipping Carrier We use Yamato Transport (domestic) / EMS (international) with tracking numbers provided on all shipments.
Delivery Time Orders will be shipped within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery time: approximately 7–15 days.
Shipping Costs International shipping costs vary depending on the order contents and destination, and will be automatically calculated at checkout. ※ Free shipping on orders over ¥20,000 (limited to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, for items within 2kg only).
Customs & Import Duties Customs and import duties will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, customs or import taxes may apply based on the laws of the destination country or region.
